2008 Easter Egg Hunt Update

Sunday, March 16th 2008 was a great day for the Vassar Lions Club and for a couple hundred local children!  Our 2nd annual Easter Egg Hunt was a bigger success than last year!

We want to Thank all of the parents and kids that attended this years fun-filled hunt.  Each year the Vassar Lions Club hosts this event as a free service to the community.  This year we were able to raise some much needed money for our community project fund by selling chocolate Easter bunnies and photo's with the Easter bunny.

We would like to also specially Thank In His Eyes Photography for all of their generous support and time!  The Photo's with the Easter bunny were a smash hit and WOW were they good looking prints!  It was really great of them to put the time and effort into making sure that everyone was able to take the photo home that day (and not with an antique instant camera either!).
